  1. I made a mistake with the credit section on my face rig. Credit is not needed when it is used in a private project, like a rig/animation/render, but you must credit me when making a public rig. Sorry for the misunderstanding, but please edit the topic, I don't want people to assume that you made the face rig. (Also I edited the face rig topic as well to tell people about the change)
  2. The present version of MI is better in every way, except the CPU usage, but that will be improved a lot in the next update. Just use the latest version, it's heaps better
  3. SoundsDotZip Facial Rig Version 1 Hey guys, I made a new facial rig and this is my best one so far! It works similarly to other facial rigs, with some additions. Pros: - Smooth curved mouth (easy to use) - Smooth eyelids - Organised - Easy recolouring Cons: - Stuff can clip if used incorrectly - It looks best on flat shaded skin colours Important: When scaling the base model up with the face on it, select whatever you need to select on the base + the "Top/Bottom Teeth Origin" parts. They have inherit scale off, this way the teeth look better when opening the mouth. Some facial expressions made with them A tutorial video on how to use the rig Things that changed after the video: - Parts that should not be used are locked now - Some areas have been tweaked to look better - Pupils are brighter for more accurate colours - Mouth inside part is not locked at a red colour, it can be changed now Credit is not needed when used in an animation or render, but you must credit me when making a public rig!   8. Hey guys! I know I haven't posted a new ACM in a while. Before the new Modelbench I couldn't add or change anything, and after the new Modelbench basically everyone was able to make fully extruded rigs/models. But I still kept saving ideas on how to make a better ACM than the previous one (v3) and I recently felt like I had enough features and ideas to make the next ACM. This one is special to me, because I made it using the techniques I use on my own characters' models So, here it is, the Advanced Character Model: Special (ACM:S) ! Important stuff ! - Import the .miproject file! (Called "ACMS Steve.miproject" and "ACMS Alex.miproject") - No credit needed, but would be appreciated. - To show fingers, toggle the visibility of Right/Left Fingers and Right/Left Wrist 4. Pros and Cons (relative to v3): Pros: - Bends are now limited and not sensitive - The model is not laggy in unrendered mode (still somewhat laggy in rendered mode) - Realistic ankles - Alex fingers have 2 bend points instead of 1 - Removed controllers for easier use Cons: - It's pretty much the same as v3, except not as laggy so I guess no cons?   10. Bloom is a bit too high overall and the fire on the torch's fire is higher resolution and stretched, but other than that, it looks alright. Oh, right! One more thing! Change the title right now, Revenge is a dead meme and should stay dead. If you change the title, I'll give you an upvote, but until then, I'll give it an angry. That reaction won't give you a downvote, but it'll show you, that Revenge is not welcome here.
  11. If you imported the .miproject the controllers should disappear automatically when rendered
  12. @ShotUAnimations he's right tho. If you make a render about a character, who's main characteristics is it's head shape, and you only show the legs, the character will lose it's meaning. The original artworks of Siren Head mostly show body or body+legs+head. All I'm saying is, @__Mine__ didn't deserve those downvotes for saying something that is actually correct.

  19. You could try changing the objects' rotation type to "YXZ euler", that is the same rotation that mi uses, but you have to change this to all objects. To do this, select an object, open the little menu on the right where you can change the position, rotation and scale, at the rotation you can see "XYZ euler" by default. If you change that to "YXZ euler" it will imitate mi rotation and it might be easier to translate rotation that way. Hope I was able to help

  22. It uses the bottom surface's texture for all sides of the fingers, if the texture on the bottom is darker, the fingers are going to be darker too. I couldn't really get the fingers to behave how i wanted them to, so i just used cubes with those textures.
  23. The thing is, I can't make it more optimized. It is already very clean (relatively to my first test) and it works. I do have another idea on how to make the auto 3d, but it would take me a long time to make it, again.
