  1. Just a quick upload of an unpolished scene of my animation for Anxious Cynic but probably wont be in time due to the exams currently. My only hope is he extends it or something, either way I'll still post the full animation after I'm done, even if I'm not in the compilation.
  2. I'm the kind of guy that keeps replaying the animation until there's no oddities but does it too much to the point of wasting most of the day rewatching the same scene with no progress.

  4. Is it possible to add vertex snapping to modelbench? Something similar to Blockbench. Instead of finding the correct rotation, position, or pivot of a plane or part to fit into another without any gaps, you can just click a side of a plane to another and it would just snap right in. Those parts with bends can just toggle a button that moves the pivot offset of a plane and leaving the position untouched. It would really reduce the time it takes to make models that has planes with different rotations without ruining the look.

  6. There are some texture packs that MI can't support. So you can either find another TP or stop using all together.
  7. That's a very chunky cigarette, or is it a cigar? I have a few words though. The audio feels off, because the inhaling audio only started once he finished inhaling. You can also try adding more visible smoke since it's a smoke after all. Other than that, the atmosphere feels perfect, it really fits the mood of the scene.

  9. While studying the ways of MB, I discovered the method called Tapering, and realized that I suck at it.

    So I might have to resort to a jaggy look which I really don't want to do so... any tips on making the tapering effect work?

      Do you mean Smooth Shape? 

      You can make it with 2 versions And With Different Difficulties. 

      1.Rounded Versions:Smooth shape using a bend features. You need to make multiple bend obj to make it more better. 

      2.Blocky Versions:Smooth, but with Blocky type just like Mercedes,Cybertruck,Audi A9, And UMA4 Car RIG.

      What I'm trying to go for is some kind of trapezoid like shape. There's some kind of math in it which I don't know yet so I'm trying to find the solution where I can make all sides fit.

      I think You can make it. YES. You can make it Inside modelbench. how to do it is simply draw any trapezoid shape in pain.net,Then In modelbench add a 3D Plane, Then Add the texture that you're already draw before, Then make the texture 3d Using 3D Plane which is you can ReScale It whatever you want.

  14. The lens flare is nice and all but without it, it would be the same as before. Other than external effects, you have to try and work with the lighting within MI. Experiment with some spotlights, shadows, ambience, fog, anything that will make the scenery and the model more interesting.

  16. Everything is nice so far, but the render itself feels too basic. Try to work more with your lighting.
