What happened?  There is just one facial expression, and the arms just are moving up and down? The body isn't doing anything, same with the table.

Fix the facials, don't make the arms so linear, give the body life, move the table when his hands hit it.

I'm not saying that you can't criticize him, it obviously needs a lot of that, just don't give unnecessary negative feedback, he's still learning after all.
