This is a reoccurring problem, for a temporary solution, select the face folder and move it backward into the head. When imported, the rigs face is seamless, but if the body is bent/tilted on the X-axis, this happens. Also, in the library, search for 'Body' and select until you find the pink textured one, change the texture to the completely pale skin.
