Controversial Minecraft opinion: They should change the tool upgrade system to be the way it is with the smithing table in today's  snapshot. You put in a diamond tool/armor with netherite ingot to get netherite tool/armor.
I kinda wish it was that way from the beginning of survival. Except for the wood sword, it would be stone sword  + iron ingot =  iron sword, and so on.
That means you'd have to go through gold tools to get to diamond, which would add a reason to get them in the first place(other than for piglin protection, i guess)
Anyway, just an idea I thought was interesting.

I made a mock-up of what a MC Bedrock custom block resource-pack definition could be with many more options.
Explanations of each parameter  for those who would understand/care:
(I'll only explain the ones I made up, not the ones that are already defined in the current block documentation)
So that's that.
Just something I though up.
I fully expect something similar to this system to come to bedrock in the near-ish future.

Serious CNN article, says Coronavirus should be renames Trumpvirus.
How could they possibly claim that one man is responsible for a potential global epidemic? And even if one guy is responsible, how in the world could the President of the United States be that guy? It's coming from China. 
But in all seriousness, they mean that Trump is responsible because he cut the budget for the CDC(Center for Disease Control), which of course is completely false. All he did was give them a smaller raise than what they wanted, but a raise nonetheless.  
Even if you do support the Democratic party, surely you can see that this idea is absurd.

Star Wars just announced Star Wars: High Republic!
It's an interconnected series of novels and comics. Basically, Star Wars MCU without the 'cinematic'.
I'll probably read all the novels, but not the comics. 
Plus, there's an untitled Star Wars film set for Dec 2022.  I wonder what that will be about.
Looking forward to it all.

But 1: I may have just kinda maybe thought I had found a loophole in the GPlay store that would let me get it free and it turned out I didn't actually find a loophole,
and 2: It was the mobile version.
So now I'm just gonna get the superior PC version and all the features that come with it.
?
And after seeing what it's like to play it, I have realized that it is superior to minecraft in every way actually a pretty good game!

New Xbox Series X details!

No idea what "Variable Rate Shading is", but it sounds great.
Smart delivery is just the backwards comparability.  On Xbox One, backwards play required an update, and only worked for some games. Xbox Series X will be able to play all Xbox One games at launch, and they now revealed Xbox One will be able to run Xbox Series X games!
 
I love the quick resume for multiple games, great feature.
And lets not forget hardware accelerated rat-tracing!
 
I can't wait to buy one of these things.
I wonder if Bedrock for Xbox one will run good on this console, due to it's sheer power, regardless of the sloppy and rushed code.

Disney confirmed that the Mandalorian Season 2 will feature "epic lightsaber action".

Now I really can't wait for October.
I wonder who will be fight Moff Gideon though. He has the Darksaber, but who else is going to have a lightsaber? Baby Yoda?
