still having trouble...

I know what it might be, I could be doing it wrong. So,  I open my skin file. Then I go to Image, then resize canvas, and set it to 128. Then it's blurry, even if I select it all and set it to Nearest Neighbor. I'm doing it wrong, right? if so, how SHOULD I do it? By the way, I posted a topic in 'Help' earlier.

Sorry, Skincraft, but... can you please make a tutorial on how you make functional rigs? It's not working out for me... The head's not working properly, (it follows the body's bend's rotation, and position) and nothings working. It also stretches in weird direction when I size it ;-;
