That's what a rep circle is... It's people unfairly and being bias about who they give there plus rep to and giving large quantities to boost each-other up, it's like a circle of giving rep, a good example is: Person-1: Reps Person 2, and Person-3. Person 2 reps Person-1 and Person 3. Person 3 reps Person 2 and Person 1.

Therefor they are circling where they use their rep. And this is exactly what people have been seeing around You, Bacon, MikTRF, Dually and a few other of your friends. You are in a rep circle, and the fact it's so obvious (Yet hard to prove.) is why you all haven't had your rep reset to zero.

While I'm not too sure if it's intentional or not, it's very obvious you are in a rep circle, and all the evidence has been confirmed.

I am in no sort of intentional rep circle. Maybe I wouldn’t be gaining all this rep from my friends if you stop downvoting everything I say.
