What Jnick is saying is that the head looks really out-of-place on that body due to it being a 100% human-looking head on a 100% robot-looking body.
The render itself looks nice, but the fact you've basically just straight-up taken Hozq's Robot model without crediting him bothers me a little.

In my opinion, a huge majority of the events in movies are caused by some Americans having an extreme lack of common sense.
Example: Basically the whole ALIEN series of films, and Prometheus.
