Cooking octopus for the first time. Tough stuff.

My octopus shrunk like heck after boiling in chicken stock for 20 minutes. Still very tender, though. Tastes good.

If anyone whom looks on my profile, thanks for all the positive votes one things, and for those who downvote, you have your reasons and sometimes when you downvote my things, it tells me to work harder for other rigs.
