The skin on my arm no longer feels normal. There's bruises that are sensitive and burn.

Dude, talk to someone. A school councillor, teacher, friend's parent, anyone that you can reach out to. From the sounds of it, this is serious. I know from experience that when things are bad, you'll never think you need the help until you've got it. Do yourself and all of us a favour, get help. Quietly, if you can, there are usually great confidential services at most schools that specialise in this. Again, if it gets really bad, don't hesitate to call the cops. However, I'd try the tamer options before going so far. It may seem stupid, ineffective, you might think yourself weak for doing it, you might be afraid of your parents reaction, but it's honestly the best thing you can do.
Trust me. Nobody deserves to go through that.
Nobody.
Continuing on from that, you need to look after yourself as well. Negative thoughts of guilt, hatred, of self-harm and suicide - those come easily to teens, and they're crushing. Even more so in your situation. I get that. It sucks. If it's effecting you in this way... You might think that you can get through this alone, but that's not the case - and that's okay. If it wasn't enough evidence already: there's the final reason as to why you should seek help, that's what tips the scales, those thoughts, the emotional toll.
Please, if not to take my advice, at least consider it.
