Has anybody here ever experienced any kind of traumatic head injury, behavioural changes, concussions, any kind of mental recovery or journey through a tough time, etc? If so, and you're comfortable sharing, a few words to describe what it was/is like in the comments could help IMMENSELY for some new lyrics I'm writing.

Mental Hospital;very crazy, everythings white, surrounded by people who want to die, Often they would break plastic forks & knives to injure themselves, forced injections by doctors, camereas everywhere including showering so people often saw your naked etc
Schizophrenia: Hearing voices, Impulses to do things without thinking, seeing things that aren't there, managed to control it more effectively now after many months of treatment. Severe paranoia(Frossa & Ayhay could you that), often you think people dislike, if someone doesnt respond you think they dislike and you freak out.
