Hello People, today we search Members for:

Okay, so, who are you?
Other Life Studios is a group of (currently) five people with their own Youtube Channel
and Skype Chat. We are making Animations, from Random Animations (Like the SkywarsAnimation)
to a Big Project, "Another Lifeform" .

The Video there is old, and not really good. Thats also why we need more members.
 
Why do you need more Members?
Because, it is  hard to  start a Series with five people, and none of them are Voice Actors.
Also, with more people, there is less work for Everyone.
What members  do you currently have?
We have:
- A Project leader/Story writer/Script Writer/Animator/Artist
-One Texture maker
-Two Animators, one of them is also a Rigger
- One Particle Creator
 
What is with this "Another Lifeform" project?
The Series, "Another Lifeform" is a (Edit: Medival) Series about the Three Races of the "Creai" and Spiders.
The Creai are based on the Texture look of Creepers, they have their Language that I (The Project leader)
am currently making. Every Episode is planned to be around 10 minutes long. Thats why we need more Members too.
We already have 16 Sites big Script for the first Episode.
"Another Lifeform" is also the Priority in the Team. 
 
And Random Animations?
With that, we mean Animations that are made between the Episodes, because it could take long to only write the Script.
Examples:
-Minigame Animations
-Little Animations with their Story
And so on.
 
What do you need?
We need:
-Animators 
-Riggers/Skin creators
-Image Editor
-Sound creator/Editor (Not completly needed but it would be good to have one)
We prefer people who can do multiple of these things (good). Or people who are very good at one thing.
Also needed is Creativity and a bit of discipline. You should be able to Answer once a day, or once two days.
How do I enter?
Write a little Text with:
-Your name
-Youtube Channel (If you don´t have one, don´t ignore)#
-Skype name (Skype is needed, you can PM me  the name if you want)
-What you want to do
- Something that shows how good your at it (Picture, Video etc.)
-Country (Europe is prefered due to Time zone Problems)
-Why do you want to Join
-What do you think your strengths and weaknesses are.
-How often you can be Active
-Other things you want to tell us.
Please try not coping the key points.
What Happens if I´m chosen?
If you are picked, you will get a Skype Friend Request from me
and you´ll be added to the chat, you also then get Information for 
"Another Lifeform".

How do you find it? What could i make better?

Just to keep you up-to-date, the next pack I will be doing is the Post-classical Pack and there has already been smooth progress and good results

Good day folks. It's time for another exciting dev update, to show that I haven't been lazing all summer (don't trust the dev blog on the download page!). Yes, I am still working on Mine-imator, and yes, it is still made primarily using GameMaker. Here are some of the features I have been working on this summer and that you can expect in the final, legendary 1.0.0.
 
Rendering features
One of the new rendering features is AO (Ambient Occlusion), which gives a nice effect around edges, similar to in Minecraft. Below you can see a comparison between AO enabled and AO disabled:

(open the images in separate tabs and shift between them, you will definitely see the difference)

If you look carefully you may be able to spot another new feature.  Additionally, the settings tab will allow you to disable any effects you don't want (if you don't like AO, depth of field, anti aliasing, shadows...)
  Audio timeline
We can finally add sounds to our animations! Just open a sound file and use it as many times as you'd like throughout your movie. You may use this for both music and sound effects, since several overlapping audio tracks can be added and edited as regular timelines. You may also adjust the volume/start/end time of your sounds. Currently supported formats are .mp3, .wav, .ogg, .flac, .wma and .m4a.



  Improved exporting
With the new audio feature the rendering process will need to be completely redone, and your future animations will be exported as .mpg (with the audio tracks included) rather than .avi. This means you won't have to pick a codec and fiddle with quality settings. .mpg files are supported by most players, video editors and most importantly, Youtube, so don't worry about that!
Those are just some of the new things in 1.0.0. Sadly I can't reveal an estimated time of arrival, since getting all of this to work smoothly requires an extraordinary amount of work. Let's just say that it will definitely be worth the wait!

So ive noticed that there are alot of regular looking steve rigs out there.
So i made steve look like he's ready to fight me rekt face or just mining

Changable Items:
So i added a sword to his hand so you can change it from Sword Pick Axe How or Shovel and a custom rotation point for easy spinning.
 
Easy Mouth Expressions:
So i added the easiest facial expressions i can make just 2 cubes for the emotions (well 4 if you count the lips)



 
Fingers:
Yep i added custom fingers and glove parts to fit in with his skin
