  1. Stepping away from the fact that this joke isn't all that funny, the animation could use a lot of work. Things like bending, quicker animation, smoother animation, and in general, a lot more of time and effort. no but guys calm down,
  2. It does that because when it was big, the forums were overflowing with rigs and animations for it. Either David or Frossa made it so it auto corrects to fad a joke.
  3. Me saying "broad strokes get the fence painted faster," is my way of saying I could've gotten nit-picky about it and write a paragraph, but I won't. But as a rule of thumb, play back your animation every few tens of frames.
  4. Right, broad strokes get the fence painted faster. Look, the animation here isn't... thought out. You didn't go back through your animation to see if it needed improvement, did you? If you did, shorten your scope of what's "good." Spend more time on your animation, get some new sound effects. The white noise is way too noticable. don't say this is your first fight test that doesn't justify anything
  5. Its night? Dim the lighting, throw in a torch with some lighting, add is some more posing, and you should be good.
  6. Guys, what the hell? I take my eyes off of these forums for 5 months and this happens. Nobody, not even the pros, start off animating like a god. While my first animation was presentable, and this... isn't, it's fine for how old he likely is. Hating the dab because it's something new and it's something that kids do doesn't elevate you at all. The animation could use a hell of a lot of work. But for what his age may be, fine. Let it be. He'll improve. The most I can say is put more time into your animations, even if it's a test ;). Let me throw in my 100$ on this. Most of you just flamed this kid. Nothing of value. Some just added a sarcastic comment. Few gave advice. Some made a list of "negatives" and gave nothing of value. We shouldn't welcome people like this. This forum isn't something for the elite or those who "matured". It's for those who enjoy the program that is Mine-imator. This post has negative nine likes. Negative nine. I'm changing that to a eight. You guys have far more power than you realise when there are groups of you. You have the potential to shut this kid out of the animating world. Don't. Correction, far more than nine.
  7. 20 likes isn't going to happen with this quality of work. For the record, some people won't even like it just because you said "20 likes and I'll release the full one." Slow motion isn't a mess of ease and out, nor are fight scenes. When I used to animate, fight scenes were hard. They always are. You need to understand that using transitions for quick movements is almost never a good idea. That leads to something else, this is slow. Way too slow. And I know what you're trying to do with the explosions and whatnot, but it's not gonna work like that. The ground and the camera is gonna need some impact to themselves to simulate quick and hard movement. What's more, scenery helps. You said it was two brothers training? Put them in a dojo, what's more, make them look similar if they're brothers. The facial movements were... not good. The punches had little impact, if any. And that crash and tumble and the end seems like you never did the "ball animation." Afterthought, it's "bear."
  8. These forums have... changed, since I last visited here five months ago or so.

    1. KindZax

      KindZax

@Pokekights that's the beauty of it, really makes you appreciate the present and hope to see what comes in the future

    2. [GMK]animations

      [GMK]animations

@KindZax I think he means it in a bad way.

      But idk

  9. I'm going to be un-dead for a bit here, but most of what I would've said about this animation has already been said. This is much to similar to Reality (Not that it's a bad thing if done right and with the correct justification,) and while you've improved, effort doesn't appear often in this animation.
  10. If you're lucky, some in the next month. Now, shh. I'm dead.
  11. Oh look.

The forum logo is cancer for April Fools.

  12. How did you do the player outline in the Wrong House collab?

  13. Soccer practice is fun.

My first game is by next month.

  14. It seems that we share something in common.
