That pose sucks a lot. When posing try to keep things asymmetrical and dont be afraid to use the XYZ for limbs. Pose every body part, even if it's just a little bit.

@Frost* There's no SSAO in this render; those are shadows cast by the light.

@i'am JAD I'd recommend turning down the Shadow Blur Size since the shadows are a bit messed up. Also, looking at the direction of the shadows, the Point Light doesn't seem to be centred on the Redstone Lamp, but instead slightly below it.

Well, there is no SSAO visible anywhere, so that means you probably have to turn the power up.
