2. That DOF.
3. That fog.
4. Those flatlands.
5. That sword combined with normal Minecraft textures? No way, that's the worst combination alive.
6. Work on those shadows!
7. Stop putting your text in red please, looks weird.
8. They looked photoshopped.

On topic:

You probably should have put more trees in the background and/or brought the fog a bit closer to cover up the flatlands. Also I recommend against using lens flares. But if you feel the need to use them at least make the sun or some sort of powerful light source visible in the wallpaper instead of there just being a random glow in the corner. Lastly, the posing could have been better.

The camera angle looks kinda weird, and doesn't make the scene look as dramatic as it should be. You may not think it, but camera angles matter a lot.

ontopic: As niety said, the sword and the minecraft textures dont mix ._. Try making a rig of an iron long sword? or an iron katana?  Also, why did you put the lens flare where the sun isn't? And why not move the sun?  That's not how shadows work
