Since the beginning of the /index.php?/topic/36790-the-mine-imator-movie/">Mine-Imator Movie, it has been a massive hit.

In just 10 days there were over 50 replies! So I thought that people deserved to know what is going on.

 

This topic will be updated every few weeks with new and improved information on the current Mine-Imator Movie!

 

The Story:

Me, CoolElf, Oddities, and a few others have been working on the main story line for many weeks now.

The basic plot has been established, with an active beginning and end to the story.

Though most of the main/basic plot exists, much of the adventures and middle of the story still needs to be worked on. This is where the script writers come in.

 

The Script:

We now have most, if not all, of the script writers working on the Google Docs script right now. It is a matter of organization and communication to finish that up.

RedHawk007 is in charge of organizing the script writers now, and I will only have some input to what happens now.

It is in my greatest interest to finish the script as soon as possible, and then we can pass it onto the voice actors, animators and schematic designers and builders.

 

Animators:

As there was a slow start to the Mine-Imator movie, there was not much to be done in relation to the animation. The design for the beginning of the movie is now final, and the opening fight scene is being worked on by Mlke (with some edits by myself).

We hope to include more of the animators throughout the movie, and I guarantee that everyone who entered will take part in the movie!

 

Artists & Riggers:

Many rigs have already been made, completed and sent to the animators. Until the end of the movie, most artists will only be used to make skins or make a quick design of a schematic.

Only a handful of riggers have been used so far (Darl, BloxTheRigger), this includes rigs for people, objects, scenery and background.

Thanks to XCraftTune, there is already many high quality rigs to be used in the animation!

 

The Team:

I am happy to say that there has been lots of encouragement and enthusiasm within the team! We have already put through tons of effort, and I'm sure that it will pay off in the end.

Everyone involved in the movie will have a part (no matter how big or small) in the movie!

It is amazing we got this far, and we should all keep up the spirit and keep persevering!

 

The Movie:

The main character of the movie is called Cameron. His skin was designed by Project and he is a new forumer.

David, the fallen Lord of Mine-Imatoria (Name by Frossa), is slowly dying without his mask.

Frossa is the murderer of David and current Ruler of Mine-Imatoria.

Allemn89 serves as Frossa's court jester and messenger.

General Custard is Frossa's loyal butler and henchman.

Awesome :3 will the movie be with facial rigs?

Yes. Many people have offered their facial rigs for the movie, and I am now testing them for the best looking and most practical :)

Hell, didn't know so much would happen so quickly...

What can I do? My talents only lie in physic based animating (that doesn't just have to do with objects, characters too), rigging, playing with lighting, and if I'm not feeling lazy, building something.

But that's about it, and you already got all those things covered. But eh, if you need a backup or something, like a court jester (also already taken xD) then I guess I'm here. I've offered my help on the other topic, but still haven't done anything xP

I am in the movie, and I work a lot. thanks to her I have a little important part ;)

 

and Voxy is a good translator in french, you can use it for make movie in VOSTFR^^

Not everyone has been given something to do yet, but do not fear; everyone will get a job when the movie is over :)
