Dr. Strangelove: How I Learned To Stop Worrying And Love The Bomb. What's sad is when I read the title I thought of the song "Slim Pickens Does The Right Thing And Rides The Bomb to Hell", which in itself is referencing the movie.

More salt than a goddamn French fry convention. In all seriousness though, unless it's a primary antagonist, having extremely OP characters everywhere does kind of ruin the RP so I can agree with that rule being a thing.

He’s pure, unadulterated rage. He was born with a pistol in one hand and a syringe in the other. He’s the angel of destruction, with only one goal; anarchy.
