It's not really that bad if you know exactly what you are looking for, also that's the only option when you have a very limited budget and need it asap. And also its a PC, yo! All of the components are separated and very upgradeable.

Well, not all of it, but the most of it, and like sure you can buy the PC and then ubgrade it, I agree, just me myself would do differently.
