Well, yeah I did think that, because that's how you fix it.

I know what it might be, I could be doing it wrong. So,  I open my skin file. Then I go to Image, then resize canvas, and set it to 128. Then it's blurry, even if I select it all and set it to Nearest Neighbor. I'm doing it wrong, right? if so, how SHOULD I do it? By the way, I posted a topic in 'Help' earlier.

@Colonel Muffin When resizing it change resize mode to Nearest Neighbor. That's what I do in Paint.NET.
