  3. I've seen the video and here's my feedback. You put too much weight in your walk cycle. Running scene is very off, It's sliding and I don't think you'd need a Run with that speed. Try a walk then slowly transition it into a run. Again sliding once he backed off. Alpha Glitch. I can barely hear the sfx but still audible. The lighting is simple but you can improve. Overall it's good for starters.

I've been thinking of making a MI animation and turning it into 2d animation since I've been searching through a lot of fighting related animes that has that weird sketch lineart like Mob Pyscho 100 or fireforce. I tried it myself and made a simple animation, and rotoscope/trace it, It took me an hour and a half to finish tracing. This is the result. Looking back at it, It just looks the same other than it now has outlines. Though it could make some interesting effects mixing between the two. I'll try experimenting more.

  6. I'd say around 7/10 Unless he has strong legs, It felt like there was no anticipation in the jump. The movements of the guy while in the air have pretty noticeable stops but to be fair I wouldn't have noticed it if the camera in 0:09 wasn't like that, still you gotta have more movements if there's a camera angle like that. The part I disliked about is the way he climbs up, I had this mistake before so yeah I can tell. The arms and legs were too weird and fast because the way you did your climb up is wrong. I don't know how to put it in words but you can use references from parkour videos like this. I hope this is good enough for you.

  8. Uh.. We don't have fat herobrines here. The model you're probably talking about is something like in blender. So maybe this. As for the face, I cant think of any rig with a mouth that can fit a whole freaking bus while looking absolutely horrendous.

  15. First of all No. Okay but seriously, there's a lot of Errors here. Use other transitions, it makes the animation more appealing. linear can be good sometimes but only at fast paced animations. The lighting does not fit with the sky, the sky is all dark and blue while there's some scenes where the lighting is orange or yellow. There's the camera, when you move to another scene I can see a speedy camera there, you should do an instant transition each time you move into a new scene. The camera movement sucks as well, sometimes it goes fast and immediately goes slow so like I said, transitions. And finally the infamous Alpha glitch. While lowering the alpha of an object, there can be glitches when your object suddenly becomes bright or you can't see what's behind. You can fix this by using render depth of that object, you can try increasing the render depth the object.

  17. Yeah I agree with Mine, It's been bugging me since. I know you want it to be more understandable but it's more simple and compact doing it normally.
  18. What's more interesting?

    A. ) a plot where the roles are not shown so it's up to the viewers to find leads about the roles. 

    B. ) a plot where it shows the roles and the viewers get to see the perspective of each character.

    these two will affect the theme of the plot.

    Just a reference for myself that's all.

      Are you saying, like, we wouldn't know who the "good" and "bad" characters are, and we'd have to figure them out, or is it something else?

  19. I can't really tell if the idle is being forced, but I think it's like that because they've been waiting for so long. What do you guys think?
