    Oh, that reminds me! POLYGON DIMINISHING, YA NOOBS! In simple terms: videogame graphics you see can't get any more detailed or high-res. There's nowhere left for consoles to go! I predict a market crash. Consoles first. Some big names will remain, yes, but PC will be seen as the optimal platform - rightfully so. Shortly after, VR will take over as graphics rendered on a flat screen simply can't advance any further.

      As long as there are people who want a joystick to play with and a TV as their monitor without all the hustle of spec requirements and viruses (the vast majority, including me), the console market will be just fine.
