  1. I'm gonna ask a really deep question, out of curiosity, to see your opinions. I'm asking because there isn't a lot of personal bias here, and I hope I can get serious, honest answers: Can your first love be true love?

I would say yes, I even have a scenario. You get together with someone for the first time in your life (dating wise) but later down in life you break up; Than later in life you start dating that same person again and you end up being married, I would consider that something, they were the first person you ever had feelings for and in the end, you got married.

Oh and don't ask why I made a scenario, I just wanted to :P

It depends on a lot of different factors, personally I think true love would be defined by how unselfish it is. If a person had the strength to do what they knew was best for the person, even if it involved never seeing them again then that would be closer to truely loving them. Then again selflessness taken to far can be selfish to so the other side of it is being able to stand on your own without being dependent and to love the person without blindly sacrificing yourself for them even if it's bad for them in the long term. A first love is usually to blind and hopeful to have real depth so time and the process of maturing is important. However the modern world is toxic to true love, it makes everything a lot more complicated.
