If the person who invented copyright had all his rights reserved, wouldn't everyone who says "copyright" breaking the copyright laws and stuff?

It was established that words are generally accepted things that cannot be claimed for copyright, only titles.
Typically cases where words are copyrighted get overturned, like the time Candy Crush tried to copyright the word "Candy"
Therefore it was inacted that the usage of titles must be something original. That means Copyrighting was an idea and could have been claimed, but you cannot claim an idea as vague as that.
