Even though i personally hated how that boss looked, you've done a great job imitating the looks, this is probably as close as you can get so good on you.

It's actually pretty easy. Just wing it. 

 

This rig is actually pretty decent. But it would be better with custom textures.

Seeing as omega flowey is already in a different style than what we usually see in undertale (which throws a lot of players off the first time they see him) the fact that you used objects not in minecraft is totally reasonable. Good rig!
