Well.. maybe if not ALL the fog in that area just put less fog up there.

..Like a gradient of more to less fog.

It gives it a very stone-like feel.. Which is fitting cause its in a prison.

I think the crazy title (and the fact that you even gave the wallpaper one) really over-dramatizes a quite simple render.
