no the microsoft c++ visual library versions not your operating systems. Yo're going to need multiple of them to get mineimator to work if you're getting a runtime error everytime.

Oh, then I cant help you. My advice is go and download the archive if that's not what you already downloaded. It works better than the installer.

im quite a bit annoyed by the fact that mine-imator crashes randomly a few times, also, i wish that greenscreen could be in it too.
