This is my new Rig technique for the mob I'm working on. 
As you can see, I'm trying to make a horse.
I love the result, this took a whole day, it's the same texture as the white horse implemented in the new update of Minecraft.
I have now 2 desings for the mob.

Making this reminds me of papercraft, you know, joining piece by piece.

NOW THE IMPORTANT ''STUFF''
 
PROS AND CONS (So bad)
 
Lets start with the good stuff. This new desing has the same texture as the mob of the new update of Minecraft. It looks really cool, you can open mouth, move ears,etc.You can make it bigger or smaller, but at the start it is player size.
 
Now,the C O N S
 
This is so hard to make. It takes a lot of time to build.I need to find a way to make this easy to build, or at least understandable.
I can't just give you the items texture sheet, because everything is messed up there.
 
 
 
I will still try to look for a way to improve this, so soon people can actually download it and use it.

Yes! I am finally done! After using many HD textures and about 1 and a half hours of work, I have finished it!

 
With about 60 items/blocks that will make you lag, this rig is quite massive. 

 
EDIT: Added support for 0.6, put the back legs in the correct place and added better spines!
Now, I really need to shut up and just post the download.

Zombie Pig Centaur?

I fixed the problem to combine the schematics to the right parts on these wings.
You can put these wings on your player so it'll be like they're part Enderdragon.

This rig is my first project I uploaded to the Mine-Imator forums.  I made this because I've seen these on animations made with Blender or AutoDesk.  This is one of the few villager face rigs on the forums.
 
 
 
 
It will have an error that says "Can not find skin file, want to replace?"  Click yes and find the .png entitled,"Villager Rig Skin" click on that.  "Can not  find skin file, want to replace?" = "Villager Rig Skin" (notice you have to do this 2 times).  "Can not find texture file, want to replace?" = "Villager Rig Texture."
