It was just because of overexposure in general which, like @-StickyMations- said, happened a lot around 2014/2015. Said overexposure had Sturgeon's law in full effect, since the f@d fanbase (especially here) was made up of mostly kids. There were some neat f@d content in the forums (@Lumie's f@d rigs come into mind), but the content was mostly crap. While the f@d content isn't as prevalent as it was nowdays, the hatred is still as large as it was nowadaus.

A lot of kids flooded the mine-imator forums; then they started to create mediocre rigs and animations and made mine-imator look bad.

It was a dark age, man.

You really wouldn't know, it was a long time ago. After that, the community just started getting more abusive as it is.

fad 3 was the worst. Either that or fad World. Either way, those two things impacted us with garbage. Sure, we had some few good/decent rigs, but like holy shit.
