But there's a point where it becomes too simple....
Eh, you're not wrong. I try to make my projets not too simple, but simple enough you can still tell what's going on
-
I love the bloom function the most. I will for sure be using this in my animations I know it's simple, but sometimes, simple is better.
-
Yeah. I know I'll get blasted for this, but I like fad. Sure, I don't dive too deep into the lore, but I think the games are great. Adn the high quality animaitons people can make are just mind blowing
-
Sure it's got a strange fanbase, but the games are great right?

The built in night time makes everything too dark. What you can also do, is keep the sun in the sky, but change the sunlight color to a dark blue, and bam You've got yourself a very simple -and much brighter- night time setting.

Remember to quote people when you're talking to them.
That's a really bad way to take criticism. The way you learn is to take criticism open-heartily and listen to the community, they'll help. Blocking criticism is only going to go against you in the future.
You should be proud of the rigs you make, it's totally normal. I thought my first animation was the best in all the land, but you learn to realize that criticism is only there to help, and dismissing it won't help you learn from your mistakes.
Oops I forgot to hit the quote button. I am not good at texturing at all, but I am not blocking critsism. I am just letting it pass by. I understand I don't use textures, that seems to be the biggest gripe from all people to -especially new- riggers.
-
So what? It's still a rig. I don't really care for criticism. Say what you want, it won't discourage me. I'm proud off all my rigs I make.

How dare you build the whole thing without once checking to make sure the actual numbered values lined up.

A timelaspe of the SIDRAT as seen in the 1966 Doctor Who episdoe, The War Games. A time capsule used by the War Lords to kidnap humans, and make them into soldiers for the games.

*Rotary tool, chroma key
Mhmm. I use Camtasia to do that. I don't use a rotary tool. I go to the 'Visual Properties' tab, select 'Remove a Color' bump the tolerance all the way up to 60, and the softness down to 0.

A short video of my new 1963 TARDIS interior I moddled in only a few hours. This is a complete redux from the one I made previously, and no longer like which can be found here. https://www.mineimatorforums.com/index.php?/topic/64626-1963-tardis-console-room/&tab=comments#comment-697214
You can even download the room too! But be aware, it WILL lag. The roundels are all seperate .blocks files. Most are repeated using the repeat function. And yes, I know the console is missing, but it's just the room itself.

I need your help! I need plots for episodes of the up and coming series based off Doctor Who, Nightingale Who.
A story about a humble TARDIS mechanic who ran away in a type 27 TARDIS after being framed for the attempted murder of Rassilon.
Please comment what you think the first episode's plot should be, and then on. Any plots I like, I will use for a future episode. You will also get a shoutout of both the Mineimator Forums from me, and in the credits of the episode.

its editing. making a camera movement for the booth, then copy it for the interior and then you got yourself a little tardis bigger on the inside effect.
Yep. I uses the render depth to where you can't see the surface (greenscreen) all around the box except for when the doors are open. The surface is set to a render depth one lower than the windows so it won't bee seen through the windows. I got this idea after I had a friend Adilino (Nick) make a TARDIS for me in Unity. I then had the idea to make a house with windows.
Something that when you looked into the windows themselves, you'd just see a normal house interior. Bed, crafting table and whatnot until you opened the main door of the house. You would then see the TARDIS interior. It honestly sounds really complex, but it's actually really simple.

It's not a camera surface thing lol. It's just a trick of the render depth. :3

Yep, totally normal...

The greenscreen looks good. You've just got to make sure to render it on the same level as the exterior or else it will look... Off. But other than that, it's good, and actually really simple once you get the hang of it. It took me forever to learn that. Part of the reason being I was actually too lazy to do so lol

Where's Francisco Pizzaro's hook? Besides his missing hook, they look amazing

Interior Showcase (Mineimator)
in Random/Test animations
Posted
A showcase of my Hellbent and 1963 interiors. The hellbent also has the correct exterior model as well. I am very proud of how they both turned out. As well as a brand new console model which is as screen accurate to the show as I'll get.
