Reflection in the Storm..~
Another random render I made in Mine-Imator, got inspiration to make this while I was listening to a song. I had a few problems while making this, it didn't turn out the way I hoped it would.
Hope you all like it

I see what you are going for, it's a neat idea.
Some quick tips for next time you make a render (Don't worry, this isn't me telling your render is bad ^^;)
For lighting, never use default Mine Imator lighting and don't use the default night time. Keep it day and change the colours in the background settings
Also, use a resource pack that seperates the 'glowing' parts from the 'non glowing' parts for torches
And finally, mess around with scenery and fog.
I'll link a few resources that'll help ya out ^^
SharpWind is a great inspiration.

For scenery, I can't really tell ya what to do, Import some scenery, mess around with the background settings, it's all up to you ^^
I wish you all the best on your journey

Mermaid/Siren Tail Rig for Mine Imator 1.2.9
Images:
SpoilerInstructions:
SpoilerFirst import the Mermaid Tail
Then, click and drag it (or set the parent) to your character's "Body"
Finally, make the legs invisible and you're done!
Credit for the model goes to the author for Ice and Fire (I believe it was Tree Puncher but I am not sure, please let me know!)
I only ported it for Mine-Imator. Hope you all like it ^^
----------
Recently while I was messing with Mine-Imator, I wanted to make a Mermaid Tail rig that is easy to use.
While I was looking for models to use for renders and maybe animations. I stumbled across the Ice and Fire mod which already has a Mermaid Tail model.. though I couldn't find it in the files so I remade it using the texture in Blockbench and ported it over to Mine-Imator.
Mermaid Tail swimming is one of my hobbies that I enjoy practicing, I own two tails and I've been practicing for a couple of years now ^^
Anyways, hope you all like this rig

I'm a little bit lost, can you explain what your problem is with your current project?

So I most likely pled all the Minecraft Clones there can be and got probably a hundred viruses, but of textures I am not quite sure about this one... I mean Worldcraft is one of the most popular one clones... Hmm... Nah I can't figure, but nice that you brought that in! I kind of miss the old clones that I played, that was my whole childhood.
Mom be like, Why do you have some many games that look the same?
I see, the one I was referring to was Total Miner Forge. It was probably my favourite clone I've played, it did some really neat things that made it stand out.

Ok thank you.
No worries, good luck

I sadly can't help you make the rig but finding a skin may help.
I found one for you.
Spoilerhttps://www.planetminecraft.com/skin/firefighter-fdny/
This skin is based off of the NY Fire Department but it looks similar to your references
Hope this helps. I can send you an item sheet template if you would like also.

Where am I?..
Another random thing I made, I was recently playing an old minecraft clone that I played when I was 12 and decided to make something for my character, spawning in the wrong game. See if you can figure out what game I'm referring to xp
I am a bit rusty with posing and lighting so I hope it doesn't look too horrible. I played around with some of new settings Mine Imator has too.
Either way, I hope you all like it

Anyone know good ways to make sword fights? I'm not the best at animating, so sword fights are pretty hard. One issue I have is that the characters are never close enough and their swords never reach their opponent or the opponent's sword. I literally have to put them so weirdly close to each other for swords to collide or to land hits. So yeah, can anyone help?
I can't really help you much with this, what I can tell you is try watching some tutorial videos or look at some pose references.
Some resources, I do not own these nor create them.
SpoilerI hope this helps
EDIT: There doesn't seem to be any tutorials for Mine Imator sword fighting. There is a livestream I found though but it's 2 hours long. I'll link it to you but you don't have to watch it

This is happening because the mine imator use different texture that is used in blockbench so the only solution is to go to modelbench and sort out the textures
May I know where are you getting these models?
I know why the UV isn't working for some models since like I said, they use a different UV
What is a mystery is, some of the other models that uses the correct texture UV by default still has issues.
I got these models from here https://mcpedl.com/user/ashmingguu/

Hello everyone. A few weeks ago while looking for models for Mine Imator, I stumbled across this amazing modeller by the name ashmingguu who does some really cool vehicle models. I would've loved to use them but there's a few problems I'm having with them.
Here is an example of one of their models.
This model exports without any errors however, the model doesn't seem to export correctly visually. I'm not sure why this is
On the other hand however, some models use a different texture UV. They will export into Mine Imator but the texture will not work since it is a different UV from what Mine Imator uses
Of course, it doesn't work in Mine Imator because of this. The model again seems to be okay it's just the texture.
I've tried a few models and discovered a few other issues.
Also I may not be able to use these for animations, atleast not on my computer as these models are resource hogs.
TLDR what I'm wanting to know is;
A. What is and how can I fix the problem I'm having with the model in the first images?
B. is there a way of converting the texture from Face UV to Box without breaking the texture? (I assume not)
Any input would be appreciated, if there is anything else you need to know or if there is anything I missed out, please ask. Thank you
