  1. Make it less blurry mate, other than that great animation!
  2. Why can no one make a decent multiplayer horror game? I mean I can't really complain because I barely even know the most simplest of code, but come on people, get your head in the game :3

  3. I feel as though I tricked myself into making machinima-like side animations. 0_0

Eh, it's going to be fun making either way.

  4. Decide in the poll at top whether each idea should be in one big video or individual and ask what animation you want me to make
  5. Great teaser but I am really just clueless on what the project and villain is called.
  6. Taken from Youtube description: Hey guys I am back! I know I have been inactive for a while now so I would like to give an announcement to make it up. Sorry for audio quality, I had to be quick because I was using another computer and a different program. Well, I hope you enjoy and post your ideas below!
  7. I gave him too much rotation when on frame 5 and 15 so your gonna assume hes limping, I did the same with the bottom one too, not sure if I lowered it though, but like I said, experiment with it a bit, you may perfect your own style
  8. I grabbed the skin from online, but I did notice, just thought no one else would
  9. Howdy, eh I may not be truly squeaky clean to the forums but I feel as though I am. I am an animator, but it was not my first choice (being firefighter was first, then I wanted to be a game maker). I love to play games (PC crushes all consoles that opposes thy ), not really into TV but I do watch it when I am bored or just want some background noise. Favorite thing to do is to entertain people with my content (someday I will have some friends help, hopefully) and interact with the crowd that found me (subscribers and you awesome blocks)(oh and before I forget, I like to sing or just make beats with my mouth, I do not why) . I have a goal to become "one of the best" animators, because I heard if you hit the tippity top, it can get a bit lonely... aw man I am pretty sure I bored whoever is actually reading this sorry uh, hurry read the next comment before its to late, YOU NEED TO LIIIIIIVE, I will not let you die of boredom today or any other day If I can help it T_T. One last thing if you have not left already, I am a bit of a random person, so you may see me doing one thing but actually doing something else, sooo, yea Welp enough about me, check out the other cool people around here, I heard, one of them actually created these forums, and better yet, "the" program, can you believe it!!?!?! cya
  10. gggggggggg cooldo bro modo el a spanish words, insert here no idea just go along with it, anyways, nice physics man I really like how you actually tried on the animation in the first place, +1 for dayz
  11. For anyone who needs help with their walking, you can go to: http://www.mineimatorforums.com/index.php?/topic/39501-smooth-walking-tutorial/

Man I hope this is not a warning point xD

  12. Before I begin I would like to add that my walking cycle is based off of Applebrony's or who is now known as "ArtleckGames" walking tutorial located here: www.youtube.com/watch?v=7Dn0zRyvPy0 So lets begin: This is what the final product will look like but is not limited to: Okay, first grab a character you want to do your bidding (anyone is fine) Then at frame 0 put keyframes on all of the categories (if you have not already done so). 3rd step is on frame 10 ( assuming that you have tempo of 20) on right and left leg you would move one leg to X: 20 and the other to X:-20 go back to frame 0 and look at where the legs first were, you want the leg going back to line up with where they first were to 4th step is to go to frame 10 and then to body and turn it according to legs, make sure to bend the body by 3 (if the right leg is going forward then turn body Z:-5 if its left leg Z:5) 5th step is to move the Z on frame 10 on head the opposite of body's Z (cannot see much difference in pic but you will see in animation) 6th step is to stay on frame 10, go to arms, turn all the keyframes of them to Quadratic ease in and out then do this: the leg that is going forward, for ex. right leg, you make the left arm go forward by X: -20 and vice versa for the other arm and leg, BUT the arm going forward you need to bend it by half, so half of 20 is 10 7th step is go to frame 5, make a keyframe at human and make sure the body is not going through or floating above the floor 8th step is to stay on frame 5, and go to the leg that is moving forward and bend it by 60 9th step is to go to body and whichever leg is going forward you would rotate the body opposite way by 3 (take bend out btw) for example: right leg going forward, rotate body by Y: -3 10th step is to do some things the opposite that you did for frames 0-10 to 10-20, do right arm and left arm opposite to left leg and right leg opposite (bend the other leg in frame 15 too) to make head and body opposite (keep bend in body and take it out in frame 15) (do not forget to do opposite of Y in body either) Make sure to move human body again and check if its floating or digging in the ground (assuming that you did the above steps, legs will go opposite of each other) to last step is to do the opposites again for 20-30 then you can copy and paste (ctrl+c ctrl+v) all the categories 15-30 except human, you have to move that one each frame like you already did and this should be what your finished animation is: it is not only limited to this though, you can experiment, try different things, next tutorial I make it will be just editing this walk and make it slower, faster and all that good stuff, so I hope it was helpful and if you have any suggestions to edit, that would be great, happy mine-imating (maybe a like? ) (only if it helped though)
  13. The person who quoted "more is better" I would like to say in opinion that this phrase is false, because looking towards Final Fantasy's newest game, "Lightning Returns" I saw someone fighting a creature who could cast a heck load of spells that covered the screen with HD effects and awesome blurs that blocked even the shadow of the two that were dueling, and it looked like an annoying con of the game to not be able to see where you were going. So to get back to Mineimator, too much effects is a such thing, and so is too little, but they both have a common similarity, it gets the viewer to lose interest, so you should try a little more, but try to limit how much effort you put into it as well because it could just be all for nothing. (hey and popboy, great tips m8, Chuck Norris approves )
  14. Whoever wants to learn I will, just I first needs a few ingredients: scoop of teaching skittles, and a dash of motivation salt, because I am always adding in too much procastinum powder. (pretty much means I have to find out how I will do it and and when I will do it, but I will try to make it as soon as possible)
  15. That would have been a smart idea, man I hate it when something is related to animation I take it too seriously
  16. Hey guys, like I say all the time, I am not much a talker, so all I really can say is that I hope you enjoy, if you do leave a like and check out my youtube probz?? Heres the vid:
  17. WOOT FINISH DA ENTRY, now I need to do that walk tut and wait till saturday

  18. What day are mostly everyone in mineimator on?

  19. I wonder if I did my "mind the wall" entry for nothing :/

  20. Almost done, just need sound! I think I took this collab too seriously as well, my animation is about 3 min . and some change long! (and do not worry, I am not one of those people who make objects and characters take forever to move or what not).
