You'd probably have to offer something for the editor, like a payment, and you should probably be more descriptive with what you want, are you looking for a dedicated editor you pay a certain amount per minute per video to? You probably won't find many people that'll do it for free, except for younger less experienced people on here that'll do anything for a single sub boost on their channel.
