I turned glow on lightsabers. It's not seen probably because of fog.

The glow is visible, barely.

The problem is that the blades aren't bright enough and the glow is too subtle. The unnecessary Vignette is also covering them up.
I'd suggest ensuring the brightness of the blades on each Lightsaber is turned up to 100%, and removing the Vignette entirely.

Additionally, the glow is very customisable; fiddle around with the intensity, radius and (optionally) additional "falloff" radius (all found in the "Render" tab in Settings) and find what works best!
