Background Suggestion: Cloud Editing

When using the background option, Clouds block size, and clouds height, should be able to be modified by keyframes.

I think you can do that using the background feature in the workbench.

Since you apparently can't, I suggest putting the cloud texture on an item so you can keyframe the scale.
