OI READ HERE BEFORE ASKING ABOUT THE LIGHTS

For the front lights I decided to slow them down for some reasonable "attempt". I've been looking at a bunch of police cars lately and the one thing I've noticed is that the front lights that fade in and out over and over gave me a headache. So I decided that instead of always having them go the same speed I set it to where it goes at a random speed, such as: Slow, fast, normal, stand still, and repeat. 
Not sure if this is going to be reasonable to others but to me it's reasonable.

Holy crap, that's amazing.  All the subtle movements make it look amazingly real, and the lights are nice too.
