Schematics are only for low-quality rigs. People despise rigs made of schematics. Check mine out. It doesn't make a mess, does it?:

yeah, it is a mess, but theres too many things in favor of creating in MI

if you create with item sheets the load time is instant and you don't have to wait for a schematic to load.

the item sheets can be WAY more detailed than a schematic, it is just messy to do, but it's worth it!

people apreciate more a rig created with item sheets than a rig made of schematics for optimizing purposes.

so, you know, that is my opinion about it, but anyways, i'll respect yours.
