Actually if you create good content and people like it then it doesn't take much time. I joined a few months ago, I got here by making rigs, animations, help tutorials, and other things. You just need to work hard, and people will begin to respect you , but keep in mind you have to be respectful too. ( I'm not saying that you aren't this goes for anyone )
