If I redone/Recolored a rig would I be able to upload it?

So, I downloaded an existing rig of San made by Project, and with that rig I created the Underfell and Underswap versions of Sans

And I want to upload them in the Rig section but my question is can I? I mean the rig wasn't mine to begin with ..

i'm pretty sure that most rig creators will be fine with that, if you tell people to credit the original creator in their video, instead of you...

If you were to use one of my rigs i would not mind. I would just want to know that you have changed it a bit.
