Idk why, but mah antivirus thinks than mine-imator has viruses. Does it realy has viruses, expect window.dll and textures.dll?

If you got it from the official website there are NO viruses and everything in there is required for Mineimator to run.

It's great that a feature I requested recently (to go to the timeline automatically when you click an object in the 3d view) got added. No more endlessly searching for stuff on the timeline.

I still have problems with the "rendered in X seconds" tho.

Apparently theres something related added:

"Added options for real time rendering, you can now turn it off or set the maximum render time allowed (in milliseconds)"

But I can't find this. I also can't find the compact timeline option.

Look in the settings (cog button), below "Interface".

Im running 1.0.4 64bit right now and haven't encountered any problems yet. What's really needed is the feature of being able to select a portion of the animation and render only that part, it's a pretty basic feature in every editor ever that comes very handy to see the final result without needing to render the whole thing.

I would also like to be able to see the render in full screen at the resolution you are planning to render at (a button next to the toggle lightning, close this view etc should do). The ability to move objects up and down in order in the timeline is also needed (and I don't know why the program loads the timeline backwards or forward everytime you reopen it, it's confusing).

I've noticed the problem of deleting keyframes and the animation not shrinking to fit the actual lenght after deleting said keyframes still persists (for example your animation is 1 minute and you delete half of it at the animation, so that's 30 seconds of animation, so you go from 1200 frames to 600 total frames, but the timeline will still show 1200 frames in total and when rendering it renders 600 frames that are a still frame where nothing happens (the last keyframe)

Ok first actual new annoyance with the new release: I used to use the copy paste clickable buttons to copy the settings of depth of field of a camera keyframe to paste it on other keyframes, but now it copies the new "rotate around a point" angles.. I only want to copy the dof settings.

If I disable the "rotate around a point" option I lose the position of my cameras in existing projects.

Right click on the timeline bar to select a render region.

You can move objects up/down the timeline by clicking and dragging.

The other things you mentioned are bugs.

Cool, I didn't realize that was added already.

Any chances at being able to select your codec? When exporting, mpg does something strange to the color patette, also when I drop the video on vegas it gives me visual glitches, I always have to convert the mpg to an avi file using h264.

Just donated $10.  Thank you for such an excellent resource David!!!  This has made working on my video series project 100x easier than using something like Blender or 3D Max.  Also not sure why, but for some reason the Minimator confirmation code to go full trial winded up in my spam inbox, instead of my normal inbox.
