It's very easy to distinguish between the two programs 

Additionally, it is published in the "Mine-imator creations", so say no to C4D, Maya or something else.

I assume the animation is based off of the Skate franchise. In the campaign, the player does a trick and it will replay depending on the type of mission.

Well... that rig (player rig) is good! The hair looks like c4d.
