I don't know how that works, but if it works like other things I know, you would use your public IPv4, which you can find on ipchicken.com. However, this can change from time to time so it would be wise to get a static IP address (doesn't change). You might also need to forward a port, which is a whole other can of beans I don't plan on spilling in one sitting.

@EnderSculptor He's just not allowed to develop it anymore. It's still available to download and such.
