Frossa, better fix the reputation notification thing, because "(Username) gave you reputation" is scary.

@Frossa he wants the notification to either say, "(user) liked your (...)" or "(user) disliked your (...)" because he gets sp00k3d from not knowing what it is until he opens it.

It doesn't notify you if you receive a down-rep.
Also, I can't do that.
