Too over-exposed. Turn down the bloom quite a bit. It burns away color and shading.

However, I really do like the setup of this one. Besides the over-exposure, the lighting is pretty darn good, as well as the use of rigs.

Posing could be improved slightly, maybe make him slightly turned away but still looking at the camera, with head either tilted up or down. Having a completely straight pose removes some of the life from it.

I don't have anything else to say, but that you're improving a lot. Keep it up, m8.

Yes, it is old, but I improved it very similar to EnchantedMob’s version.
