How do i use the Ignore Users Tab? (theres no forum help section)

I can't ignore users and it's written that the page is not found. Was i some Beta Tester of the forums?

You hover over the pfp or name of the person (not on there profile) and click ignore user. you will be brought to the list of ignored users you have and you can add on the list (or just use this link: https://www.mineimatorforums.com/index.php?/ignore/
