I think the lighting is OK, he just needs to lower the ambient brightness a bit lower, and reduce the red saturation

Are you trying to make it more boring?! He should increase the saturation and make it brighter!

Ohhh yeah! I see where you are coming from now. Maybe add a bit of bloom aswell!
