Heres some advice, i dont think many people are gonna be willing to join your team, and if they do, be dedicated enough to actually do alot of work, you should come with a plan, like a series for the channel, and you should also already have a channel, so people know it would be worth joining.

I Can Do Lip Syncing For The Animation And Voice Acting, You Send Me A Download With The Scene/Animation In It With The Voice Acting In The Correct Places And It'll Be Synced  I Can Also Help With Finding Skins For Characters/Background.
