Not much effort was put into it, I'd say. The push didn't have much impact, and the recoil was unrealistic.

It was a Test, he added a background, and we see even see some nice camera movements as the guy's pushed.

This was great for someone like Anticoff... The only problem I see is how far the body was ejected when it made contact with the floor, but that would've looked better if the transition between getting pushed and hitting the floor was faster.

Thank you, Also yeah when his hand was on the floor i didn't notice it. until i uploaded the video. And also when i started it it was just grass and i just put scenery on it...
