Okay one tip. Your movements are just incredibly robotic for example. I watched the bit where you're animating Steve hitting the wall and falling over. You did that in like, 2 keyframes. You need to add loads more keyframes for an action like that to make the entire motion more fluid.

In my current project Steve jumps down a hole and I used about 15 keyframes or something.

I'm trying to help you here kid, all of your keyframes are in line with each other, people won't move in robotic motions in real life, try staggering the movements (i.e moving an arm slightly before moving the other one.) Doing stuff like that is subtle but will make your animations look more realistic.
