watermark still shows after upgrading

i did upgrade the program but when i render an animation it still shows the watermark

ive got the same prob when i cklick on it (i already upgraded) they tell me to upgrade with some kind of key

The way you said some kind of key suggests you didn't get one in the first place. On the get mine-imator page, it says "Get upgrade" near the bottom. You click it and get a code. Copy and paste into the program.
