 When I opened this, I was thinking: "Please do not be a wallpaper of the Michael Brown protesters... Please don't be..." And it was not! Good on you, mate! Looking good! The only thing I'd say on the negative side of things is that the rain seems a bit... Two-dimensional? I dunno. It just seems like it's almost an overlay of a rain texture on top of the picture. Overall though, like I said, good job!

No, but, like, AE effects are, I'd imagine, hard to put into animations since they'd have to move across the screen. The more effects you can do in Mine-imator, the better, since Edits are significantly decreased when Wallpapers turn into animations. See whadda mean?
